• Does Hornby Electronic has minimum order quantity requirements?

  Yes, we have. But different products will have different MOQ. Please contact our sales for more details.

• How will my ordered diodes be packed?

  Most diodes will be packed in reels. Some special diodes like Module diodes or special dimension diodes may be packed in plastic tubes or loose pack.

• Does Hornby Electronic offer customized product base on client’s special requirements?

  Yes, we can customize products on package, chips, leads, solders. We have our independent R&D team and factory to proceed special requirements. Please contact our sales for more details.

• I purchased HB products from other companies before. Are they authentic HB product?

  We recommend you to purchase authentic HB Products from us or our authorized distributors. HB products from unauthorized sellers may have quality risks. You can check our partner page for authorized distributor list or ask our sales directly.

• I can’t find the part number that I am looking for. Is that means Hornby Electronic doesn’t produce or have this part?

  Our website has list most of our common products. However, many customized, different named, or new adjusted products are not listed. Please contact our sales or managers for the diodes that you demand but not found on our websites.
