Ultra fast recovery diodes tune rectifier structure and process parameters to optimize forward voltage drop and reverse recovery time performance. Given the advanced planar junction terminal structure, platinum doping lifetime control and precise epitaxial doping control, this reliable and robust device offers the best overall performance.
